- From 5:30 to 6:30, we use topic meeting format. From 6:30 to 7:00, this meeting does Big Red Book study or 12 Step Study. We alternate between these two formats every week.

- This is a hybrid meeting with in-person and online attendance options.

Meeting safety: We maintain boundaries during the meeting. Our attendees are anonymous (no last names). We share our experience, strength, and hope with each other. We do so without crosstalk or advice-giving. We do not discuss politics, controversial social issues, or religion. We listen quietly as others share. Sharing is voluntary. We also maintain these boundaries with each other outside the meeting.
